Resources for Underrepresented Students
In my brief career as a scientist, I have tried to actively help with initiatives in which I can use my own privilege to make science a more inclusive environment. In addition to committee roles, I have helped draft a code of conduct for my laboratories, and a list of resources for undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds. As my career develops, I hope to add more training and development resources to this page which can help close representation gaps in academia and help those who have not enjoyed my privileges as a White man coming from an academic family.
